As the Sun Sets on 2013...

As the New Year approaches, take inventory of those who are in your life. Move forward in 2014 surrounded by family and friends who will be just as supportive in the relationship as you will be. Your inner circle of friends should be positive people who will help make you a better person, who will be there for you through trials and tribulations.

They should be people that have integrity and high morals. It is not only ok but healthy physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually to let go of the people in your life who are only there for your unconditional love, unconditional respect, unconditional help, unconditional support and unconditional time. However when you are in need of such things…there always seems to be CONDITIONS!

God wants us to love, to be kind, supportive, encouraging and helpful to others...However, He does NOT want us to be doormats for ANYONE! It would be very beneficial to you to keep "friends", such as these at an arm’s length.

Do not allow yourself to get smothered by someone who is continuously needy and draining on you. When you are always trying to help someone else straighten out their lives, you lose sight of your vision and your goals! Besides that, you are not helping them learn how to stand on their own!

So as the sun sets on this year, let all the disappointments, pain and heartaches you had this year go with it. Clear out all negativity and make room for love, hope and faith to reign in your heart! Strive to keep stretching yourself to be more like Y’shua (Jesus) every day.

Have a blessed and wonderful New Year’s Eve, my friend. Be safe and remember NOT to DRINK and DRIVE...as many of you know, my brother John was killed by a drunk driver! May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home! {{giggles & hugs}}}

Letting Go...

Blessed is he who does not show hatefulness over what is lost, but instead, shows gratefulness over what is left. We can lose anything in the blink of an eye so enjoy what you have while you have it. Then when it is gone...enjoy the memories that you made with them.

Sometimes we have to let go of something or someone we love in order to get something else that we did not even realize we wanted or that we would love even more!

God knows the secrets of our heart and He desires to give it to us...so trust Him when He is blowing wishes your way! You may have to wait before the next thing comes along but when God gives you something it is always worth the wait!

Have a blessed and grateful day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Dance Before God...

Sometimes the greatest growth spurts we have are while we are waiting for God to open the next door. He cannot always get our attention, especially when we are too busy to listen. Therefore, there are times that He has to take all distractions away from us before we actually hear His voice.

When it seems like an eternity and nothing is happening, NEVER get discouraged, NEVER allow the enemy to plant doubt in your heart. Satan sees what is happening in the spiritual realm, and his only recourse is to make you stop believing that God is going to open another door. Stay in and stand on His Word. Pray, Praise and Thank Him. When you wrap yourself up in Y'shua, there is no room for satan to slip in!

FAITH is the ability to hear the music of the future, JOY is being able to dance to it today! God closes doors no man can open & He opens doors no man can close. So when one door closes and you are waiting for the next one to open, just dance down the hallway. Let your spirit soar as you worship and dance before God! However, make sure that you listen for the sound of His voice within the music.

Have a blessed and musical day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

A Hug for YOU!

I believe that a hug is one of the most important things you can say to someone without speaking. It is free to give and invaluable to get. A hug can give you strength that you could not find just seconds before it.

There are times that Y’shua (Jesus) will hug you through the arms of someone else just to let you know, that He knows how you are feeling and He cares...then there are other times when you can feel Him wrap His arms around you and it fills you with undeniable peace and love!

So this hug is for you:
 ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((BIG HUG)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Please do not keep it to yourself, pass it along to someone else that needs one. I hope you have a wonderful day wrapped in the loving arms of Y’shua. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Give EVERYTHING that you have....

"When I stand before Y'shua at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent or strength left in me. Therefore, I could say, “Yes, I have used EVERYTHING you gave me, Y’shua.”

We are all created with special gifts and talents. When we use them solely for our own pleasure or gain they will lose their luster. However,when we use them for the glory and honor of our Lord, He can magnify them and they will shine with brilliance.

There is never a need to hold back anything from anyone...because it is in the giving that you receive! The more you pour out from yourself, the more He fills you. I am a walking testimony to this!

Have a blessed and overflowing day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Fear No Evil...

Fear no evil because Y’shua has already conquered evil. It has power to hurt only those who do not place themselves under His protection.

This is not a question of feeling, it is an assured fact. All we have to do is to say with assurance that whatever it is cannot harm us, as Y’shua has already conquered it!

Satan looks to steal anything he can from us because he hates us. But when we attach ourselves to Y’shua we are under HIS DIVINE PROTECTION FROM ALL EVIL! However, Satan tries to slip in and use our weaknesses against us. We have to continually try to align our flesh to Y’shua’s Word.

I hope this will encourage you to rid yourself from any doubt of Y'shua protection from all harm because doubt will open the door for Satan to try and use it against you.

Have a blessed day surrounded in Y'shua's divine protection, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home.

Merry Christmas!

Happy Birthday Jesus!!!
Merry Christmas to all!

This is truly a day of Great Joy!!! Today is not about how many family and friends you are with, nor how many presents that you receive ~  Christmas is a state of your heart.

There is no reason to pack away the joy, the festive feelings; the excitement that you have had over the Christmas season...you should keep them all year long! Because our Lord and Savior is alive and HIS birth was not like yours or mine! With Y’shua’s (Jesus’s)  birth came a fulfillment of a promise from God. His life and death gave us a new life...an eternal life.

This gift of life in eternity must be extremely protected. Satan will do ANYTHING he can to steal it away from you! Guard it, never lose sight of it because your soul depends on it!

For all those who have lost a loved one and are missing them now, please know that their wish is, for you to keep Y'shua in your heart so you will spend eternity with them.

I wish you have a very Merry Christmas with a Happy and Healthy New Year to follow. Keep your Joy, never let it go... May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

It's Christmas Eve...

It is Christmas Eve, a time of great joy for many. There is always a lot of hustle and bustle to get last minute things done.

At some point in the day, it is important to take some time out to recognize the true meaning of Christmas...the birth of our Lord and Savior, Y'shua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ)

It does not matter if you are Jewish, Gentile or Messianic, the birth of Y’shua has changed the destination of where we will spend eternity! Albeit it was His death that truly sealed our fate but His death would never have occurred had He not been born.

If you are a parent, you should be an example to your children so they will always keep Y’shua’s birth first and foremost in their minds and in their hearts. When it is burned in our hearts, we cannot be anything but grateful to both God and Y’shua.

Many people celebrate on Christmas Eve and if you are one of them, I wish you a very Merry Christmas Eve. Be blessed today as the world was blessed over 2000 years ago! May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Love > Fear

Love is what we are born with; fear is what we have learned. The spiritual journey of faith is the unlearning of fear and the re-acceptance of love back into our hearts.

Unfortunately, once we have experienced fear, soon other emotions start showing up...hurt, sorrow, regret...just to name a few. We are afraid of getting hurt again, so we hold back and not put our whole heart on the line.

Although that is HUMAN nature, it is NOT God’s nature. We have to understand what God gives us is perfect...in every way. Once our instinctive love is contaminated, we will never be the same without God's divine intervention. God is eager to give us what we want; all we need to do is ask Him. Hide 1 John 4:18 in your heart: "There is no fear in Love but perfect Love casts out fear."

Have a blessed day filled with lots of love, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

I am The King's Daughter...

"Lord, please help me to remember that I am Your daughter, your princess, whom you fearfully and wonderfully made, and that is what my life should say to others. Please let my life say it with such power and wonderment that everyone I meet will have the desire to have the same relationship with You that I have. You are all I have ever needed and all I will ever need. I am a blessed beyond words! I appreciate everything I have in my life...even the imperfections that we are working on!"

I hope that you too will know the freedom in being content with what you have and knowing all your needs will be met...without stress and without worry! All you need is faith that God is able and willing to provide for your every need.

Have a blessed and wonderful day, my dear friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Let God Work Through You...

I pray that Y’shua (Jesus) will help you find your voice to speak up when someone needs to be encouraged, that He will help you to remain silent when no words or actions are needed, that He will give you the wisdom to know the difference and the strength to do what is necessary.

When we step out of the background and open ourselves up and allow Y’shua to reach out to others through us, we become Isaiah 6:8 “Also, I heard the voice of the Lord saying, whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? Then I said, Here I am! Send me!” This is one of my favorite verses and every time I have an opportunity to be used as a vessel for the Lord, I can pour everything out...but I am NEVER empty!

Have a blessed and wonderful day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Make a Positive Impact

I challenge you to make a positive impact in someone else’s life, but here’s the catch….it has to be someone you do not already know!

If it sounds scary because you are not accustomed to talking to strangers, try looking at someone and seeing Y’shua (Jesus)!  What would you say to Him? Would it really hurt to tell someone that something they are wearing looks good, or holding a door for someone with a smile, giving someone who is obviously upset a hug and tell them that things will be ok or treat a homeless person to lunch.

Especially during the hustle and bustle of Christmas shoppers frantically trying to get everything they need, those standing in unending lines at the post office trying to get the gifts shipped off, there seems to be a shortage of patience. A gesture of kindness can make or break someone's day!

The possibilities are endless and not only will the person you touch walk away feeling good, you will too! Your actions will not go unnoticed because it will leave a warm fuzzy feeling in Y’shua’s heart!

I hope you have a blessed and impactful day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Walk Hand in Hand with Y'shua

You cannot walk hand in hand with Y’shua (Jesus) if you're still dancing with the devil! Y’shua is your savior not a fool! He paid an extremely high price for your soul because of His love for you!

Honor Him by choosing to follow Him in His ways, not the ways of the world! You cannot talk the talk without walking the walk. If you are, you are not fooling anyone but yourself!

Get into the Word, spend time with Him, and ask Him what He wants you to do.  Time is not a guarantee; you do not know when it is “too late” until that time comes. If you are still dancing with the devil...all I can say is “WHY???”? Is he the one you want to spend eternity with? If not, take the necessary steps to dance your happy little butt away from him into the waiting arms of Y’shua, the lover of your soul!

Have a blessed day wrapped in the arms of Y’shua. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Look Ahead Not Behind!

Do you know why the windshield is bigger than the rearview mirror? It is because the road ahead is more important than the one left behind.

You cannot change a single moment of your past. However, you can change directions, change the circumstances that keep you locked in your past.

You have to live...to learn, get hurt...to get better, and wake up...to dream again. Everyone has a story, do not be ashamed of yours... it might just help someone else get through theirs...

Share your story; share your love with someone who is walking down the same or similar road where your story began! Accept them as they are and encourage them to become the person God created them to be!

Have a blessed and wonderful day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Set High Standards...

Never allow anybody make you feel like nobody! Refuse to be ANYONE’S back-up plan! Set a high standard for yourself and do not lower it for anyone! People might tell you that your standards are too high...trust me, those people need not be in your inner circle!

Someday there will be someone who cares about you so much; they will inspire not only to meet those standards, but to exceed them! A funny truth is that you should have standards for every relationship in your life, not just a spouse, and or love interest. Your friends have influence on you so make sure that they meet a certain criteria or one day that very person might encourage you in a direction that you would never have chosen to go.

Pray on it...ask God to place the right people in your life to help you become the person He would like you to be. Have a blessed day filled with standards, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Watch your thoughts

Watch your thoughts, for they become your words. Watch your words, for they become your actions. Watch your actions, for they become your habits. Watch your habits for they become your character. Watch your character for it becomes your destiny!

You should always work for the cause and not for the applause! When you do something for someone else, do not brag about it and let everyone know. If you do, then their praise is your reward.  When you keep it a secret, then your reward will await you in Heaven. The acts of kindness you show others do not escape the watchful eye of God.

Have a blessed and wonderful day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

You Are Royalty!

How do you get the best out of life? You face your past without regrets, you handle your present with confidence and you prepare for the future without fear!

We should be thankful for a past we can learn from, a present we can live in and a future we can look forward to...after all, we are all God’s children and heirs with Y’shua (Jesus)...that makes us royalty in every aspect of our lives.

We just need a true understanding of what that really means. This Royal Family of God is called body of Christ and it is a secret one. The body of Christ is secret, a magical Kingdom, because the world does not see it. The Body of Christ is a special union between believers in Y'shua (Jesus); united as one in the Lord in His Resurrection Body, united in Christ through rebirth into His Royal Family. This union is only through rebirth; church membership is not a ticket into His Royal Family.

Why is it secret? Because, the Kingdom of God is not from here, it is revealed to believers in their hearts through Ruach HaKodesh (The Holy Spirit), whom they have received from God Himself. They see it through His Spirit, yet it will be revealed to the whole world when the time is up and it will be a concrete Kingdom with gates and high walls surrounding it and it has been prepared for around 2000 years now for God’s Royal family; the believers and followers of Y'shua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ).

Go forth this day with determination to live a courageous life that will bring honor upon the royal family name you belong to! Have a blessed and wonderful day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home.

Steps of Wisdom

Wisdom is a free gift from God just for the asking. However, His wisdom is not the same as the wisdom of the world. Here are seven steps to The God Kind Of Wisdom...
The first step to His wisdom is to step into HIS PRESENCE
The second step is to PRAY and/or TALK to Him
The third step is SILENCE
The fourth step is LISTENING
The fifth step is BELIEVING
The sixth step is to THANK Him
The seventh and final step is USE it

I pray that Y’shua (Jesus) will fill you with His kind wisdom. However, if you do not use it correctly, you will have gained nothing. Sometimes it take a lot of practice before it becomes second nature...if that is where you are...keep trying.

If following these steps has become second nature to you...then keep trying until it is your nature.

Have a blessed and wonderful day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}

Christmas Priorities

During this Christmas season, I see so many people running about to buy gifts for their loved ones, to get a Christmas tree, decorations etc... However, there is no Christmas spirit at all, just commercialism. People are pushing their way through others just to grab a toy before someone else get it. I am sad to say that we lost sight of what Christmas is all about. Christmas is about the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ (Y'shua HaMashiach).

We are supposed to be celebrating HIM, not each other! I think that it is so sad when I see parents rushing their children to Santa Claus so they can sit on his lap and tell him what they want for Christmas. Yet these very parents never think of taking their children to church to say "Happy Birthday" or "Thank You" to God for the GREATEST gift they could ever have hoped for!

So while you are running about getting things ready for Christmas, please do not forget the "Birthday Boy" and give Him a few gifts too! If you are wondering what you can give Him, He has already told us. He said, "What you have done for the least of these, you have done for me!" If you cannot think of something, here is a few ideas: Treat a homeless person to lunch Buy a few gifts for a struggling single parent, so the can give them to their children Send Christmas Blessings and thanks to a deployed soldier Give a few gifts to a child of a deployed parent Send a card to someone you are estranged from The gifts that will touch the heart of Jesus are endless! So please remember our Lord on HIS birthday.

Have a blessed and Spirit filled day, my friend. May there always be Shalom in your heart and in your home. {{{giggles & hugs}}}
